3800 PS Mini Truck Rules:

  1. Factory sheet metal – Firewall to remain in factory location: driver seat must remain in the original location.
  2. Factory frame only – can reinforce front to back: cannot add on to the factory length of the frame at the rear.
  3. Wheelbase – 109”1/4” from center front spindle to center or rear axle max.
  4. ENGINE – 366 C.I. max small blocks only/ -1 or 4 barrel intake, cast iron or aluminum , distance
    from base of carburetor to top front of engine block 7-1/4” maximum height; cam shaft can be
    hydraulic or solid lift, no roller cams and no roller lifters; can use stamped, steel rockers or roller
    rockers: factory cast iron heads only; one 2 barrel carb 500 cmf.max. Only, modification choke
    plate and shaft removed; no modifications to the carb body to alter airflow permitted, after-market
    ignition allowed, no magneto type ignition system allowed.
  5. Steel flywheel and safety bell housings only.
  6. Exhaust headers up only.
  7. 1/4” steel shield 360 degrees around the engine balancer 2” wide.
  8. Engines driven cool fans shielded 360 degrees around fan.
  9. Shields for side of block from base of head to top frame.
  10. Rear tire size – max. 31-10.50 DOT approved maximum circumference 98” on 8” maximum wide wheel; measured the right way.
  11. Can run liquid in front tires only (no calcium), one ton rear differential max.
  12. One ton trans 4 speed max.
  13. HITCH – stationary in all directions; length; center axle housing to point of hok hole l39-1/4”; no
    shorter, height: 24”; no “L” shape hitch; anchor point of fronghitch pin: 36” max. Hole: 3” min. 1” min. around hole anchor end no further forward than inside the front of the bed; front anchor hole pin, 7/8” min.: hitch adjusters for height not past end of factory frame
  14. Shields around u-joints and driveline every 3 ft.; 6” long; 2” max. spacing around u-joint; shield,
    thickness 3/8” aluminum, 5/16” steel.
  15. Wheelie bars – must be mounted 2” from back tread of tire, 10” off the ground; 5” square pad,
    no rollers or wheels; each wheelie bar must support the weight of the truck.
  16. Must have a kill switch for electric fuel pumps and ignition, No fuel tank drivers compartment.
  17. Pump fuel – race gas “OK”: NO ALCOHOL – NO NITROUS.
  18. Lengths of truck from center of rear axle to front of weights; – 153” max.
  19. Rear weights must stay inside of end of rear frame – not past end factory frame.
  20. Battery must be enclosed if in driver’s compartment
  21. FRONT WINDSHIELD MANDATORY; other glass optional, MUST HAVE TOP OF BED COVER.
  22. Test puller will have option of accepting first hook or coming back 1/2 of the class after sled is set official.
  23. One mechanical drop allow, will drop 1/2 of the class…not to be used with dropping first hook.
  24. Must wear complete fire suit.

5500 LBS 4X4 Street Stock Class Rules:

  1. Engine – 408 Cubic inch SMALL BLOCK ONLY, (NO 351 CLEVELAND). Single/Dual plan intake
    aluminum or cast. Header allowed, fender well or uprights. OEM blocks only. OEM cast production
    heads only. No angle cut heads, must be stock degree. 1-750 CFM carb, single or double pumper.
    Must be able to read numbers. Maximum height from base of carb to top of engine block 7-1/4
    inches. No roller cams, No mushroom lifters. Any ignition allowed, no MAGNETO type allowed.
    SFI balancer or must have a 1/4 steel shield 360 degrees around it if not.
  2. Fuel – 116 or less, No oxygen carriers.
  3. Stock 4 or 5 speed 1 ton, 1 cut gear allowed in 4 speed, 5 speed remain stock. Must have a SFI
    blow proof bell housing running a dual dis clutch setup and a steel flywheel or scatter blanket if running an automatic transmission. If bell housing has been cut for inspection plate, MUST run steel plate bolted in covering hole (no plate no run).
  4. Rear end no bigger than 1 ton and must run center caps on rear axles.
  5. No struts or traction bar allowed on front. Can have adjustable blocks on front to keep rear end
    from hitting oil pan. If running these, must be able to remove all weight from weight rack and be
    able to see daylight between it and rear end. Can run dual shocks on front.
  6. Minimum of 4 leaf springs, Maximum of 10, traction bar blocks allowed. Traction bars cannot be any longer than 76 inches from center of rear axle to where they connect to the frame, No struts
    allowed on back. Blocks on back can be bolted or welded at top only and cannot be fastened to axle
    tubes.
  7. 35×12.50 oon 10 inch wheel MAX, DOT approved, no cut tires, can run smaller tire and wheel.
  8. HITCH – 48 inches minimum from center of rear axle to hitching point, 24 inch height, must have
    at least 7/8 pin at anchor point. 3 inch minimum hole round and no less than 7/8 thickness and no
    more than 1 inch thickness. No L shaped hitched allowed. No more than 3 inch drop or raise from
    hitch tube to hooking point. Adjusters cannot be past end of factory frame.
  9. Wheel Base 134 inch MAX from center of rear axle to center of front axle. Short beds allowed as long
    as it remains factory wheel base and must follow rule #8.
  10. Cab must have factory windshield, may be gutted. Must have bed sides, No tarp floors. If you
    are running a factory floor, do not have to run bed tarp or tailgate. If floor is cut out, must run a tonneau cover and factory tailgate and covered from bedside to bedside.
  11. No fuel cells or lines in cab (unless factory tank).
  12. Batteries can be in cab, must be in battery box. No batteries or fuel cells on weight racks.
  13. Factory steering box, can run pump.
  14. Weights/rack cannot exceed 48 inches from center of front axle. Weights must be in between
    the frame rails. If any weights are run in rear of truck, cannot be past end of factory frame rail.
  15. Safety-shields around u-joints and drive line (360 degrees) ever 3 ft. 6” long 2 inch wide maximum spacing. Shields thickness 3/8 alum., 5/16 steel. Must have drive shaft loops every 3 ft., at least 1/8 thick, SFI fire suit (pants, jacket, gloves, collar) and helmet must be worn.
  16. Must have kill switch and if running electric fuel pump, it must also kill it too.
  17. Must have factory style brakes, back does not have to work, but original drum and backing plate must be in place. No drive line brakes.
  18. Un-sportsmanship conduct = 1st time, driver banned from 5 pulls, 2nd time, driver banned for life.
  19. No gray areas, if it is not stated here, that means you can’t do it.
  20. If weights fall off while truck is in motion then disqualified. If you go out of bounds, disqualified.

8000 Street Stock Diesel Trucks:

  1. Weight: 8000 lbs. maximum, with driver.
  2. Ballast: Ballast is NOT permitted. No hanging weights.
  3. Body: Trucks must retain all OEM equipment and must be operative.
  4. Drive line: Dive line must be OEM from a one (1) ton truck or less.
  5. Engine: Engine may be transplanted as long as the engine is from a one (1) ton truck or less. If
    engine is transplanted it must retain turbo from a one (1) ton truck or less of the intended manufacturer. Engines are not to exceed 4500 rmps.
  6. Exhaust: Exhaust must exit behind the cab.
  7. Fuel: Number 2 diesel fuel only. Off road diesel is prohibited.
  8. Hitch: 26” hitch height. Reese style hitches only. Hitches may be braced but cannot add a pulling advantage. Class 5 or better s recommended. Must have a minimum of 3 in hole.
  9. Injection Pump: Stock injection pump. No dual CP3’s NO ag governed P-Pumps.
  10. Injectable: No nitrous, propane, or water injection.
  11. Suspension: Rear suspension can NOT be blocked solid. NO ladder bars are allowed.
  12. Tires: Tires must be DOT approved. NO chains or studs.
  13. Turbocharger: Turbo must be a stock OEM, UNMODIFIED turbo. Turbos may be swapped
    for another turbo from a one (1) ton truck or less from the same manufacturer. If turbo is swapped
    from year to year it must retain factor configuration.
  14. Wheelbase: Trucks must have stock wheelbase.
  15. Locals $50 hook fee as long as they meet rules.

7000 LB. Farm Stock Tractors

  1. 7000 lbs. with driver.
  2. 310 cubic inch
  3. Wheelie bars must hold tractor.
  4. 20” hitch height; stationary drawbar no floating.
  5. No V-8.
  6. Weights not to exceed 24” further point.
  7. Stock wheel base – stock farm.
  8. No computer running – no data box.
  9. Tires 20.8 or smaller – cut or not.
  10. No turbo.
  11. Engine must match make of tractor.
  12. No converting diesel into gas.
  13. No alcohol.
  14. Fender tire guard – metal no fiberglass.
  15. No visible modify other than fuel pump.
  16. Up updating newer engine.
  17. Local people with tractors can hook for a $50 fee as long as they meet KITPA rules.

Rules are locked until the end of the 2024 pull season and only issues dealing wiht safety can be added or changed.
