Management reserves the right to split and/or combine classes as needed. Ribbons only in halter classes with less than four entries. Gate Admission– one person free with horse The Fair Board of Bullitt County, Inc., the Horse Show Manager, Volunteers, Sponsors or Judge shall not be responsible for accidents, loss or damage to contestants, spectators, exhibitors, or property from any cause. Judge’s decisions are final.
RULES: 1. Open to all Miniature Horses under 38” Height of horses will be accepted upon word of exhibitor. Protest of the height of a horse must be made in writing to the show manager and accompanied by a $25.00 protest fee, before the horse enters the show ring. The Measurement of a protested horse will be taken by a show official in full view of The owner/trainer of the horse and the person who filed the protest. 2. Negative Coggins Test will be required. Health Certificate required on all out-of-state horses. 3. All pets need to be on leash. No horses tied to the rail.
