Rules:
1. Contestants must be residents of Bullitt County, KY. 2. Contestant must have reached their 2nd birthday and cannot have reached their 5th birthday by June 18, 2011 3. Must present proof of age and entry fee of $5.00 with entry form. 4. There will be an optional practice from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m. on Saturday June 11th at the Bullitt County Fairgrounds. 5. Entry form deadline is Friday, June 10, 2011. 6. Judges decisions are final! 7. Contestants must compete in cool comfortable summer attire, no party dresses or formal clothing allowed. 8. A parent of adult must hold on to a child at all times while on stage.
