RULES: 1. All entries are to be entered on Monday, June 13, 2011, between the hours of 8:30 AM-noon. 2. All entries must be made within the calendar year of June 1, 2010 through June 13, 2011 or not to have been exhibited before. 3. Exhibitors limited to Bullitt County residents or members of the Bullitt County Extension Homemakers. 4. No individuals may have more than one entry in each class number. If entered in the wrong class, entry may not be judged. 5. Each entry will be judged on its quality. Therefore, a single entry in a category may merit a first, second, third or no ribbon. 6. The Bullitt County Fair Board will not be responsible for any article exhibited. Care will be given to handling of articles, and precautions will be taken to give reasonable protection to all exhibits. 7. Exhibitors MUST remove articles on Saturday, June 18, 2011 from 6 - 8 p.m. 8. Any exhibitor removing exhibits prior to 6 p.m. on June 18, 2011 will forfeit prize money. 9. Rules for individual categories take precedence. NOTICE: If you plan to exhibit more than 12 items, please make arrangements for an early registration form. Early registration forms can be picked-up at Thomason & Sohm Building, 216 S. Buckman Street. Special entry table will be provided if possible. Recommendation: Bring address labels. Special Awards - Grand Champion Pie: All pies entered will be eligible for a grand prize of twenty-five ($25) dollars. Divison Eight: PHOTOGRAPHY Chairperson: Judy Frisby, Robin Tomlinson and Jean Oney Rules: 1. Contest open to all amateur photographers. Entrants must abide by all entry rules of the Open Division and Photography Section. 2. Each entrant is permitted one entry only in each division. A copy of a photograph that has been entered in one division cannot be entered in any other division. 3. All photographs must be original work of the artist (with the exception of the actual printing). If the print itself, color or black & white has also been developed by the exhibitor, please specify on the back of the mount. 4. All photographs must be mounted on standard mount board (any color) or similar bard 16 x 20 inches. Foam-core mounts are acceptable, provided total thickness does not exceed l/4 inch. Plastic shrink-fit covering is permitted, but glass or frames are prohibited. No Masonite, corrugated, or thin poster board is acceptable. No matting is accepted. 5. The photographic image must not be smaller than 7 1/2 inch x 9 1/2 inch, maximum size, up to 16 x 20 inches (bleed) is permitted. 6. Prints meeting the above specifications will be judged. 7. Pictures must have been taken between July 2010 - June 2011. 8. Name of photographer may not appear on front of photograph or mount board. 9.
