PEDAL TRACTOR PULL

RULES:

1. The contestant must be able to pedal the tractor without assistance.

2. Pedal tractor will be furnished for all participants.

3. All contestants must wear shoes.

4. All contestants will be given two chances to get the sled moving from the starting line.

5. The pulling tractor must stay between the lines of the pulling lane.

6. If it leaves the pulling lane the distance will be measured from the staring line to the point where the tractor crossed the boundary.

7. In case of a tie, there will be a pull off to determine the winner.

8.  There will be 5 classes of contestants, they are:

        a.   24 pounds & under

b.   25 to 35 pounds

c.   36 to 45 pounds

d.   46 to 55 pounds

e.   56 to 65 pounds

9. Prizes will be given to each 1st and 2nd place winner in each class.  All participants will receive a ribbon.

10. The judges decision will be final for all pulls.

11. All contestants must be present by the time of pedal pull with a signed permission slip in hand.

12. Weigh-ins of contestants and registration for the pedal pull will be one- half hour before pedal pull time.

13. Child must be accompanied by adult or guardian at the time of weigh-ins, registration and during the event.

14. Spectators need to stay behind the lines.

15. Each child may participate in one pull only during the pulls this year.

16. The Bullitt County Fair Board is not responsible for accidents.
