                 Rules:

 

1. Contestants must be residents of Bullitt County, KY.

2. Contestant must have reached her fifth birthday and cannot have reached her thirteenth birthday by June 17, 2011

3. Must present proof of age and entry fee of $10.00 with entry form.

4. There will be an optional practice from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. on Saturday June 12th.

5. Entry form deadline is 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2011.

6. Judges decisions are final!

7. Contestants must compete in the following attire

                          *Cool comfortable summer attire—no formal or party dresses

                 * Please keep makeup to a minimum
