Thursday, June 16, 2011 7:30 P.M. RULES: 1. Contestant must be resident of Bullitt County. 2. Contestant must have reached his/her 5th birthday and cannot have reached his 8th birthday by midnight June 30, 2011. 3. Must present proof of age and entry fee of $10.00 with entry form. 4. There will be an optional practice from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at the Bullitt County Fairgrounds. 5. Entry form deadline is 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2011. 6. Contestants must compete in cool comfortable summer attire, no party dresses and minimal makeup. 7. Any contestant who has competed at the professional level will be considered ineligible for this pageant. Professionalism is defined as follows: any contestant who has performed or competed for monetary gain in anything other than amateur contests. 8. Winner will compete at the state pageant as a couple in August, 2011 at the Kentucky State Fair. 9. Last year’s winner is ineligible. 10. Judges decisions are final!
