2010 TEEN MISS BULLITT COUNTY FAIR Wednesday, June 16, 2010 7:00 p.m. RULES: 1. Contestants must be residents of Bullitt County. 2. Contestants must have reached her thirteenth birthday and cannot have reached her sixteenth birthday by October 31, 2009. 3. Must present proof of age and entry fee of $15.00 with entry form. 4. Contestants must attend practice Saturday, June 12, 2010 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Bullitt County Fairgrounds. 5. Entry deadline Friday, June 11, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. 6. Contestants must compete in denim shorts or skirt, any color solid t-shirt, white socks and tennis shoes and in an evening gown. Gowns may be tea length or floor length. 7. Contestants will compete in the interview portion on pageant day at 6:00 p.m. 8. Contestants cannot be or ever have been married or given birth to a child. 9. Contestants cannot be pregnant. 10. Contestants must be enrolled as a full time student in an accredited Kentucky school system. 11. Winner must participate at state pageant in October, 2010, runner-up accepted should winner become ineligible. 12. Last year’s winner is ineligible. 13. Judges decisions are final!
