3800 LB PRO STOCK MINI TRUCK

1. Small block engines only, 366cc inch maximum displacement.

2. Camshaft must be solid lift or hydraulic lift only.

3. Stamped steel or roller rockers only.

4. No roller camshafts.

5. No roller lifters.

6. Factory cast iron cylinder heads & block only.

7. 2 or 4 barrel intake, may be cast iron or aluminum.

8. Maximum height from base of carburetor to top of engine block

61-1/2 inches.

9. 500 CFM 2 barrel carburetor allowed, no milling or polishing on

the inside of the carburetor will be permitted. No modifications to

the body for carburetor to alter airflow permitted. (I.E. flatting the

shifts or re-shaping throttle plates).

10. Choke plates may be removed from carburetor, however, the

choke housing must remain complete and in tact.

11. Any after market ignition allowed. No magneto type ignition

systems allowed.

12. Engine exhaust must exit vertically. Vertical is defined as within

10 degrees of plumb.

FRAME

1. Factory frame only, frame may be reinforced front to back cannot

aid on to length of factory frame in the rear.

2. Maximum wheel base 109-1/4 inches.

3. Maximum length 153 inches measured from the center of the

rear axle to the front of weights.

4. Rear weights must stay inside of frame – not past the end of factory

frame.

5. One-ton differential maximum.

6. One ton OEM 4 speed transmission maximum, no aftermarket

gears, no cut gears.

HITCH

1. Hitch may be no SHORTER than 39-1/4 inches measured from

the center of the rear axle to the hook point.

2. Hitch must be stationary in all directions.

3. Maximum hitch height 24 inches.

4. No L shaped itches allowed.

5. Hitch anchor point can be no higher than 36 inches off the

ground.

6. Anchor pinhole will be 7/8 inch minimum.

7. Anchor point will be no further forward than the inside front of

the truck bed.

8. Hitching device will be a minimum of 3 inches round; there will

be a minimum of 1-inche material around the hitching device.

9. Hitch height adjusters may not be past the end of the factory

frame.

10. No more than 3-inch drop or rise from hitch tube to hooking

point.

TIRES

1. D.O.T. approved tires only.

2. Maximum tire size 31x10.50x15 tread width maximum.

3. Maximum rim width 8 inches.

4. Tires must be covered.

5. Liquid ay be used in front tires only no calcium allowed.

6. No cut tires.

BODY

1. Factory sheet metal only.

2. Firewall must remain in original position.

3. Drivers seat must remain in the original stock location.

4. No fuel tanks or lines allowed in driver’s compartment.

5. Battery must be enclosed if mounted in driver’s compartment.

6. Top of bed must be covered.

7. Windshields will be used other glass optional.

8. Factory window tinting only.

9. Seat belts are required to be mounted in the driver’s compartment.

FUEL

1. Gasoline is the only acceptable fuel.

2. No oxygen carriers or combustion accelerators permitted.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. Weight 3800 pounds no tolerance will be given.

2. 1 mechanical drop per pulling vehicle per year puller to be

dropped 6 positions.

3. The test puller will have the option of accepting the pull, come

right back, or coming back 1/2 of class after the sled setting is

deemed official.

3800 MINI TRUCKS

1. Steel flywheel and safety bell housing and block saver plate.

2. 1/4” steel shield 360 degrees around the engine balancer 2”

wide.

3. Shields for side of block from base of head to top frame.

Sheilds around u-joints and driveline every 3 feet; 6” long, 2” maximum

spacing around u-joint; shield thickness 3/8” aluminum,

5/16” steel. All vehicle must have drive shaft loops every three (3)

feet. Must be round 1/8” thick. All vehicles must have universal

joint covers (360 degrees) 6” long centered on joint must be round.

4200 4x4 MINI TRUCKS

1. Factory sheet metal, firewall must remain in factory location.

Drive seat must remain in original location. Must have factory bedsides.

Must keep truck appearance, cab can be gutted. Must have

bed covered. Floor of bed can be removed.

2. Factory frame only – can reinforce front to back. Cannot add on

to the factory length of the frame at the rear.

3. Wheel base 109-1/4” from center of front axle to center of rear

axle. MAX.

4. ENGINE: 366 CI MAX, no tolerance. Small blocks only, 2 or 4

bbl intake, cast iron or aluminum, maximum height of carb 7-1/4

inches from base of carb to top front of engine block. Hydraulic or

solid lift cam shaft, no roller cams & no roller lifters, can use

stamped, steel rocker or roller rockers. Factory cast iron heads

only, must have been on OEM production vehicle. One 2 bbl carb

500 cfm, MAX only modification, choke plate and shaft removed:

after market ignition allowed, NO MAGNETO type system

allowed.

5. Steel flywheel and safety bell housings only.

6. Exhaust headers up only...1/4 steel shield 2 inches wide 360

degrees around fan. Must have shields for side of block from base

of head to top of frame.

7. FRONT & REAR TIRES...31x10.50x15 DOT approved on 10

inch MAX wide wheel.

8. Rear diffs cannot exceed 1 ton rating, tires cannot exceed 2 inches

past bed side.

9. Up to 1 ton 4 speed transmission max, all gears must remain in

place must be OEM, no cut gears.

10. FRONT AXLE...no bigger than 3/4 ton, no Dana 60’s, no more

than 6 inch off set (3 inches per side).

11. Transfer cases, must be OEM, no cut gears, no bigger than 1

ton.

12 Hitch – Stationary in all directions, length, center to axle housing

to point of hook 39-14 height 24 inches, no L shape hitches.

Anchor point of front of hitch pin, 36 inches max, 3 inch min hole,

one 1 inch min around hole, anchor end no further forward than

inside the front of the bed front anchor hole pin 7/9 min. hitch

adjusters for height not past end of factory frame.

13. Must have shields around all u-joints, and drive line 3 ft, 6

inches long, 2 inches wide spacing around u-joint shields.

Thickness 3/8 alum, 5/16 steel.

14. Must have a kill switch for electric fuel pumps and ignition. No

fuel tanks or lines in driver’s compartment.

15. Front weights cannot exceed 48 inches from center of front

axle. Batteries can be mounted on weight rack or in bed, but no

fuel cells.

16. Pump fuel or racing fuel, no alcohol, no nitrous, fuel cannot

exceed 116 rating.

17. Rear weights must stay inside or rear frame, not past end of

factory frame, and not hanging on sled stops.

18. Front glass mandatory, other glass optional.

19. Drive line brakes allowed.

5500 Lbs. 4x4 Street Stock Class

1. ENGINE – 408 Cub inch SMALL BLOCK ONLY (no 351

Cleveland), duel plane intake aluminum or cast headers allowed,

fender well or uprights, OEM heads only and block. No angle cut

heads, must be stock degree 750 CFM carb, single or double

pumper and must be able to read numbers. Maximum height from

base of carb to top of engine block 7-1/4 inches. No roller cams, no

mushroom lifters, must idle at 800 rpm for a minute and cannot

change timing to make it idle then change it back to pull. Any ignition

allowed, no MAGNETO type allowed, SFI balancer must ahve

a 1/4 steel shield 360 degrees around it.

2. Fuel – 116 or less, no oxygen carriers.

3. Stock 4 or 5 speed 1 ton, 1 cut gear allowed in 4 speeds, 5 speed

stock. Must have SFI blow proof bell housing or blanket and steel

flywheel if running duel disc clutch.

4. Rear ends no bigger than 1 ton.

5. No struts, traction bars allowed on front.

6. Minimum of 4 leaf springs, maximum 10, traction bar & blocks

allowed,

7. 35x12.50 on 10 inch wheels MAX, DOT approved, no cut tires.

8. Hitch – 48 inches minimum from center to rear axle to hitching

point, 24 inch height, must have at least 7/8 pin at anchor point. 3

inch minimum hole round and no less than 7/8 thickness and no

more than 1 inch thickness. No L shape hitches allowed. No more

than 3” drop or rise form hitch tube to hooking point. Adjusters

cannot be past end of factory frame.

9. Wheel base 134 max stock position.

10. Cab must have factory windshield, may be gutted. Must have

bed sides and some type of floor, no tarp floors. Bed must be covered

if floor is not covered.

11. No fuel cells in cab or lines (unless a factory tank).

12. Batteries can be in cab, must be in battery box.

13. Factory steering box, can run pump.

14. Weights/rack cannot exceed 48 inches from center of front rear

axle. Weights must be in between the frame rails. No batteries or

fuel wells on weight rack. If any weights are run in rear or truck,

cannot be past end of factory frame rail.

15. Safety – Shields around u-joints and driveline (360 degrees)

ever 3 feet 6” long, 2” wide maximum spacing. Shield thickness

3/8 alum, 5/16 steel. Must have drive shaft loops ever 3 feet, at

least 1/8 thick. SFI fire suit (paints, gloves, collar) and helmet must

be worm.

16. Must have kill switch and if running electric fuel pump, it must

also kill it too.

17. Must have factory style brakes, back doe snot have to work, but

original drum and backing plate must be in place. NO DRIVE

LINE BRAKES.

18. NO GREY AREAS, IF IT IS NOT STATED HERE, THAT

MEANS YOU CAN’T DO IT!!!!

GENERAL RULES

1. Vehicles can be hauled to event.

2. Any vehicle that seems unsafe will not be allowed to hook until

repairs are made to fix issues.

3. All drivers must wear helmet, SFI approved fire suit, gloves and

collar. if not worn, you will be DQed.

4. Must have working fire extingusher.

5. All vehicles must have working kill switch.

6. Test puller will have the option to take first pull or drop to half

of the class after the sled is at the official setting for the class. If

you are the first hook, and you drop you hook and come straight

back, on your second hook you will not have the option to drop

that hook.

7. 1 mechanical drop per season.

8. Anytime a pulling vehicle is running, there must be someone in

the driver’s seat. If you are caught, you will be disqualified for that

pull.

9. If you lose a weight while truck is in motion, you will be DQ.

10. Anyone causing excessive amount of trouble will be asked to

leave. The club board (which will consist of president, secretary,

treasure, and spokesman of each class) will have the option of terminating

anyone’s membership if appropriate for un-sportsman

conduct.

11. Must attend 50% of the pull to suggest and/or vote for changes.

12. There are no grey areas, if it is not listed then it can’t be done.

13. No clutching of truck while in motion.

14. All trucks may have sled stops on them, but you are not

allowed to use them as weight or have hanging weights on them.

15. All weights must have some type of strap or something to hold

them in place.

16. Only the driver of the truck has a right to discuss any issues tht

may arise...your co-drivers, mechanics, brothers, wife, friends,

kids, aunts and uncles need to stay out of it.

17. If you are running late and call and have someone draw for

you, you will be added as the last puller..,(but only one time) any

other time, you will pull the place they draw for you...and if you

are not there when that time comes, you will be scratched.

18. All vehicles must have working brakes.
